Habigo offers real estate agents and consumers better quality services than their competitors. Micasa, a division of Canoe, caters to the same market as Habigo. Unlike, Micasa, we do not list personal listings. Micasa lists personal listings which goes against the agents interest. Habigo, unlike Micasa, is dedicated to certified real estate agents who work hard to make a name for themselves.

Also, competing with Habigo, is MLS.ca. Many people think they are the actual Real Estate Board. This is completely false. MLS.ca is simply another website out there who was made available when the Board had the need for a website. Kind of like Bell Canada, they had a monopoly situation.
